COMPANY STRUCTURE


An organizational structure is a structure or framework that describes the relationships between positions, duties, authority, and responsibilities within a company. With a company organizational structure, business activities can run more effectively and orderly because each individual within the company clearly understands their role. 

Here our company organizational structure along with their respective duties and functions.

Our organizational structure consists of the following:

- Control, maintain, and manage assets.
- Determine the division of duties for each employee.
2 MR. TRI NUGROHO SETIAWAN HEAD OF OPERATION

- Develop plans and strategies related to ship activities and crew changes.
- Manage operational colleagues' resources in the field.
- Lead and develop the team.

3 MR. EDY SUWARNO AGENCY & EXPORT DEPARTMENT

- Prepare price quotes for incoming ship activities, shipments, or crew changes.
- Monitor work instructions from the ship owner or charterer.
- Prepare cargo manifests or B/Ls if instructed to do so by the agent.

4 MR. SURAJI BUDI MARTONO AGENCY & IMPORT DEPARTMENT

- Taking care of ship cargo for customs clearance
-Ensure cargo documentation complies with instructions.
- Report cargo or unloading results to customs.

5 MR. SUBHKAN FINANCE & DISBURSMENT

Cash outflow management, including planning, document verification, and disbursement of funds (payments) to vendors, employees, or third parties safely, accurately, and efficiently.

6 MS. MIRANDA MAULIA PRATAMA HRD & ADMINISTRATION

Managing the employee life cycle from recruitment, development, payroll, to termination of employment and ensuring that all legal documentation and HR operations run smoothly according to procedures.

7 MR. RACHMAD HADI SISWOYO TAX & ACCOUNTING

Focuses on financial management, transaction recording, financial reporting, and fulfilling legal tax obligations. Also involved in financial strategy, tax planning, and ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations.

8 MR. ALFAN MUFRUDI OPERATIONAL EXPORT

- Preparing Pre-Arrival Documents Before the Ship Arrives
- Meetings for Ship Docking Activities
- Managing All Arrival and Departure Clearances

9 MR. MUHAMMAD FAHRI KHUSAINI FIELD OPERATION

- Prepare everything necessary to ensure the ship runs smoothly when cargo operations begin.
- Manage ship arrival and departure clearances.
- Monitor ship cargo operations.

10 MR. NURCAHYO AGENG WIBOWO FIELD OPERATION

- Manage crew change activities from the time the crew arrives at the airport until they board the ship.
- Manage permits to ensure a smooth crew change.
- Monitor ship requirements.
